Will EGCS make my dealership 100% compliant with everything I’ll ever need?

EGCS specializes in helping dealerships achieve compliance in key areas such as FTC, OSHA, and EEOC regulations. However, dealership compliance is broad and may involve legal considerations beyond our scope. While we provide powerful tools and expert guidance, no single service or software can guarantee complete compliance across all areas. For legal-specific matters, we recommend consulting with your legal counsel.

 

Can EGCS make my business compliant overnight?

Compliance is a journey, not a quick fix. While we provide the training and tools to get started right away, full implementation across all departments typically takes several months. The pace depends on your team’s engagement and commitment. Be cautious of any provider promising instant compliance—true compliance requires time, understanding, and teamwork.

 

Do you have references available?

Absolutely! We’re happy to provide references upon request.

 

What’s the turnaround time after I sign up?

Once agreements are signed, onboarding typically takes between 30-60 days. The timeline depends on how quickly we can gather the necessary information and coordinate meetings with your team. Compliance isn’t just about policies—it’s about ensuring your employees understand and apply them. That takes thoughtful collaboration.

 

What do you need from me to get started?

All we need is your “yes” to move forward! After that, we’ll send over the agreements and begin gathering information to tailor your compliance program. We’ll also schedule time to discuss policy development and customizations specific to your dealership.

 

Can I enroll just my sales or finance departments?

Compliance is a company-wide responsibility. All dealership employees must be enrolled, as many regulations require training across all departments—not just sales or finance.

 

What if I have questions between audits?

We’re here for you! Your dedicated representative—and our support team—are always available to answer questions between audits. Just give us a call.

 

Will this help lower my insurance rates?

In some cases, yes! Several of our customers have received discounts on their liability and cyber insurance as a result of using our services.

 

Can we adjust the frequency of audits, and does that affect pricing?

We’ve found quarterly on-site audits to be highly effective, but we’re flexible. If your team needs more or fewer audits—or additional training between visits—we’re happy to accommodate. Our goal is to help you operate at the highest level of compliance possible.

 

Can we add our own training to the program?

Yes! We can fully customize your training suite and incorporate any dealership-specific training you already have.
